Serving the San Francisco Bay Area since 1977, Marell Inspection Services, Incorporated is a pioneer in the Property Inspection Business. We have inspected more than 25,000 buildings for buyers, sellers, homeowners, homeowner associations, contractors, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, insurance companies, U.S. Bankruptcy Court (9th District), banks, cities, and fire & water districts.
The founder of the company, Greg Marell, is a California Licensed General Contractor, an American Society of Home Inspectors® (ASHI) Certified Inspector, and a Certified FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector. He is also a member of the International Code Council, National Association of Residential Real Estate Professionals, the National Roofing Contractors Association, and the National Fire Protection Association.
We are fully insured with both Errors and Omissions as well as General Liability Insurance.
